Open your eyes and look. Look around you. Look around you carefully.
What do you see? A road, a house, a tree.
Focus on the tree and look. Look at the liveliness that hides behind the green of the leaves, patiently waiting to be noticed.
Get out of the urban areas. Go towards something real.
Listen. Listen closely. Listen to Mother Nature talking to you, whispering to you. Listen to her guiding you, singing to you. Supporting you, inspiring you.
Look around you. Look at the beauty and vividness she gives. Look at the colors and the sense of tranquility she offers.
Make your mind think. Make it think of seconds, minutes, hours, days, nights, weeks, months, summers, and winters.
Look and think. Think of the cycle of life. This endless, fascinating cycle. So many different forms of life, with so many differences, but at the same time with none. So much beauty around you, and yet you are only used to seeing less than half of it.
The world’s pace is so fast, that you don’t even have time for a mere look. You try in vain to get used to that pace, but when you get tired, where will you rely on?
You go to Mother Nature to guide you.
You didn’t think it was random that people in some films cry outside, did you?
Sit down, look, and listen. Live your moment with nature. Look at the leaves moving, as a light breeze ricochets among them. Listen to the birds chirping, and making melodies.
Allow your mind to take a break. Appreciate and enjoy the time you spend peacefully and freely. Smile for boredom, and cry when the sky falls.
Vision and hearing impart serenity when used properly. Do not let toxicity and lies perturb your self-awareness and experience.
Look and listen.
Wake up and focus.
Explore and let go.
Discover and learn.
Look and listen.
